Synopsis

This Technical Report documents the implementation of the two-phased training design for the University Science Educators titled, Training Workshop in Inclusive Science Education for Linguistic and Cultural Diversity. Phase 1 of the training accommodated plenary sessions that provided inputs to participants on content such as Science Education, ESTA program, Teacher Quality, Science Capital, and Culture and Linguistic Diversity CLD. Phase 1 also presented  the academic staff tour that featured active learning through mini activities using local materials. Phase 2 featured a-month long mentoring session that guided participants in the development of instructional materials for CLD.
