Continuing Compliance with ISO 9001:2015 QMS

In the continuous adherence of the Philippine Normal University to the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard, continual improvement in the procedures and services is being practiced. The ISO Certification Office, together with the Internal Quality Auditors, Technical Working Group and Document Control Management Team, conducts various online orientations and monitoring to ensure that each office/unit are guided based on ISO 9001:2015 Standard. These activities are part of the University’s preparation for the upcoming ISO 9001:2015 Second Surveillance Visit on October 22, 2020.
